Refund and Returns Policy for Cuddnapo

At Cuddnapo, we are committed to providing high-quality footwear and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your unworn, unused, and undamaged shoes within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, including the original packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with the product.
  • The shoes must not have been worn, altered, or damaged.
  • The item must be returned with the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • Worn or damaged footwear.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise specified).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely, including the RA number, and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions mentioned, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for you to send the item back. Upon inspection, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement product, depending on your preference and availability.

6. Refunds
